What to Expect…

During your initial assessment, Dr. Owens will work with you to identify your therapeutic needs,  determine which therapeutic approach is right for you, and provide a recommendation for your treatment. This recommendation may include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, or a combination of these modalities. Dr. Owens will work with you to help you find the best fit for you in reaching your valued goals, and life worth living and sharing. Identifying the right treatment for you is very important, as not all therapies work for all people. At the end of our time together, you will have a clear direction for the treatment that is best for you.

Please note the following:

Dr. Owens is out-of-network with all insurance companies.

Our staff will provide you with an insurance ready receipt to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement per your out-of-network benefits.

Dr. Owens also accepts patients using Lyra benefits.
